More About El Caballo Golf Club.

El Caballo is a small but vibrant club, based at the El Caballo public golf course in the beautiful Darling Ranges east of Perth, Western Australia.   Membership is cheap, the course is fabulous, and the members are a great sociable bunch.   While the club is based at, and takes its name from, the golf course; we do not own or operate the course.   We meet for competition every Sunday morning; tee off at 7.30 am.   These competitions are open to both men and women and vary in format throughout the year.

The highlight of our year is an open invitational event held in May.   Thanks to an enthusiastic and generous group of sponsors, we can offer great prizes for the placegetters and substantial novelty prizes on every hole.

Since we play at a public golf course, the fees mentioned below do not include green fees, which must be paid each round.

Membership is available in two categories:-

Full Membership:
Cost: $70.00 per year
Includes affiliation with the governing bodies of golf in WA; Womens Golf Western Australia (WGWA) or the WA Golf Association (WAGA). Also includes affiliation with the federal governing body Golf Australia.
Full members are entitled to enter our annual stroke and match-play championships, and are eligible for major prizes at regular Sunday competitions.

Social Membership
Cost: $35.00 per year
Does not include affiliation with the State and federal governing bodies. Social members may participate in Sunday competitions, but are not eligible for the major prizes, and they may not enter our annual stroke and match-play championships.
